What is your Shipping Policy?
Standard Shipping - The majority of our orders are shipped palletized via truck. Our secondary shippers are UPS, and Fed Ex. Orders shipped Friday for Next Day Service will be delivered the following Monday unless special Saturday Delivery arrangements are made.
What is your Return Policy?
Returns/Exchanges, De Sava Inc., will accept returns or exchanges within 15 days after delivery only if the item(s) are in new condition. Any exceptions need to be approved prior to return.
